Dancers are extreme athletes and the physical demands of professional dance training are highly specific. This targeted workshop series will focus on supporting technique and balancing the body to counter injury. Taught by Pilates Process director Laura Helsel and PP teacher and former ballet dancer Tiffany Knight, this workshop will focus on efficiently training power and developing dynamic strength.
