If you step off a curb, does your spine absorb force? Or does it feel rigid? Does running feel jarring or bouncy? Could your spine be more springy? Healthy alignment is dynamic and responsive but our ideas of good posture are often static and rigid. Franklin Method techniques can improve your natural elastic rebound and put a spring in your step. In these 90 minutes you’ll learn how the spine is designed to adapt to the load of walking through small shifts in shape, movements to encourage this mobility and imagery to transfer it from theory to habit.
