Introduction:
This course continues the in depth exploration of all aspects of teaching. Postural programming, applied anatomy, adaptive communication are the focus while learning the diverse and expansive reformer repertoire. Significant practice and review are required between sessions.
Pre-requisite: Mat training or Pilate Process prep classes.

This course offers an exceptional and thorough basis for becoming a successful Pilates teacher. Learn fundamental Mat repertoire while gaining knowledge and experience in the basics of postural analysis, functional anatomy, programming, cueing and communication. Experiential learning and a creative approach in our inviting and supportive atmosphere. Significant practice and review are required between sessions.

Introduction:
This short presentation and discussion aims to provide some structure to the murky task of teaching clients with pain and injury. Designed for any teacher who feels overwhelmed, without direction, and uncertain when injuries, and vulnerabilities present themselves. The guidelines presented are in no way comprehensive. and are applicable to all teaching.
