The first step to becoming a Pilates teacher. Learn the fundamental Mat repertoire and so much more. We introduce the basics of functional anatomy, postural analysis and programming, cueing and communication in a creative, supportive and fun environment.
Foundational Mat Course Fall 2022 – Levels 1&2
8 students max
Course Fee: $1895.00 plus GST
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $250+gst is due by August 10th, 2022 and will go towards the course fee.
The remainder of the course fee is due August 31st, 2022
There is a $200 fee for late registration.
Included: ALL Materials (Manuals, Anatomy + Postural Analysis, Programming + Course Principles)

October 14th-16th; 21-23rd; 28-30th

**No Training on Thanksgiving Weekend: October 7th-9th**
TIMES:
Fridays 5pm – 7pm
Saturdays 1:30pm – 5:30pm
Sundays 10:30am – 2:30pm

One year of pilates or comparable movement experience (ie: dance, gymnastics, body building, personal training)
