The FRC is an entry level course to become a Pilates teacher in on the Reformer. This foundational course includes all Level 1 and 2 repertoire guiding participants towards effective teaching from beginner to high level intermediate classes. A thorough approach and in depth course this includes an introduction to anatomy, Pilates history, adaptive cueing and programming for varied people, postures and structures. No prerequisities required.
