This workshop is for all runners, experts and new enthusiasts alike. Taught by kinesiologist Tiffany Johns who is an avid runner and a co owner of Pilates Process Vancouver, participants will gain improved form, a healthier run and ongoing plan to strive forward.
This advanced course teaches the Level 3 Reformer repertoire. Effective cueing, programming and safe progressions are a continued focus. Significant practice and review are required between sessions.
