The FRC is an entry level course to become a Reformer based Pilates teacher. This foundational course includes all Level 1 and 2 repertoire guiding participants towards effective teaching from beginner to high level intermediate classes. An in-depth course, this training includes an introduction to integrated anatomy, Pilates history, adaptive cueing and programming to adapt to a wide range of clientele, and varied postures and levels. No prerequisites required.
