The Cadillac is the original Pilates apparatus and is as famous for its acrobatic repertoire as it is for its therapeutic support. The majority of the highly diverse repertoire can be adapted to the Tower and in this course participants are taught the full range of options. As with all Pilates Process training, there is a focus on cueing and programming that goes well beyond the repertoire. Learning to create fluidity in programming and adaptabilty in modifiications is essential to confident and effective teaching.
Pre-requisite: Pilates Certification (in Mat or Reformer)
