Introduction:
This advanced Reformer course coaches teachers to comfortably teach the complex L3 Reformer repertoire with a focus on programming, safe sequencing, progressions and modifications. Effective cueing and communication are a key focus throughout. Significant practice and review are required between sessions and access to practice time on the equipment is included and extends beyond the span of the course.
Pre-requisite: Reformer Teacher Training (Level 1/2)
