Prerequisite: Pevious completion of pilates teacher training in Mat or Reformer.
Pilates teachers: add on to your repertoire and skills by learning to teach on the Chair. This complex apparatus can add loads of variety, stability work, upright exercises and power options for all levels of clientele.
As with all Pilates Process training, this course delivers the content with a continued focus on adaptability, layered cueing and efficient sequencing so that you can learn to effectively teach this expansive leveled repertoire.
