This FM workshop is open to all – teachers, students and newcomers alike. We will use the brilliance of the Franklin Method to improve our hip function, ease, and mobility via the tools of dynamic imagery, increased awareness, and education. Certified in the Franklin Method, Laura loves giving this workshop for the accessible and effective techniques that can lead to profound change and to better function.
Laura Helsel, Pilates Process Director, has developed this course over 20 years of teaching. The Pilates Process studio in Toronto specializes in therapeutic teaching, helping clients address chronic pain, injuries and dysfunction and Laura brings her expertise to teachers interested in being more effective and confident in this realm.
